Day 1:
The one day Jungle Trekking program starts at 9:00am, you start
by walking through The jungle ,
A unique trekking experience in primary mountain jungle. Our guides are born and raised in this
environment and on the trek you will learn many interesting facts about the flora and fauna
of this region. From your starting point at the Akha Hill House, one of the only traditionally sited
Akha villages left in Thailand, set high on a steep mountain ridge overlooking a magnificent valley,
you will trek though some of Thailand’s most beautiful scenery.On the trek you will carry a traditional
long bladed jungle Knife, with which you will be taught how to make everything you need for today
from bamboo. Chop sticks, cups, plates and the bamboo in which you will cook your rice,
catch fish from the river, plus the jungle herbs & vegetables.will learn how to catch fish,
crabs and prawns by building a small dam in the mountain stream -
a technique of the mountain people, That day for lunch after for filling lunch,then
your off to a Hill Tribe Village with Hill tribe People and on the way back
you swim in a beautiful, refreshing Waterfall, then back to the Akha Hill House.
Total walking time 5-6h per day.This is the Detail the one day Jungle trekking start from
Akha Hill at 9:00 or 9:30am we return at Akha Hill 4:30 pm
